Welcome to GRACE Church,
We are committed to embracing the Grace of Jesus and extending that Grace to others inside and outside the church. We know this Grace from the truth of God’s Word, the Bible, that centers our lives every day, our worship every Sunday and our ministry through the week. This Grace covers our sins and sets us free to love God with all our heart, soul and mind and to graciously love our neighbors.
If you are looking for a place of Grace, you will find it here. We invite you to attend our Sunday service and get connected. Grace Christian Reformed Church is a safe and encouraging place. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome here!

Grace is a beautiful word that captures God’s heart for us, his people, made in his image. We are born because of God’s grace. Our lives are sustained through God’s gracious provision. And when we die, it is God’s grace through Jesus Christ that opens the way to eternal life. The word ‘grace’ eloquently reminds us of what God has done, is doing and will do for us. And the word ‘grace’ teaches us how to live graciously with one another in response to what God has done for us.
Christian means that we believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior from sin and death.
We seek to follow Jesus. We trust his word, the Bible, to be the only true rule for faith and life. (Hebrews 4:12). The Bible reveals Jesus as the only way to salvation (Acts 4:12). This salvation is by grace alone and is received freely through faith, and not earned by good works (Ephesians 2:8-9). In receiving such amazing grace we respond in thanks and praise, and deeds of humble service in loving our neighbors.
Reformed is our historical roots in the Protestant Reformation. It also describes our constant effort to engage our modern, changing culture with the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We seek to test everything and to hold to what is good and avoid every kind of evil (1 Thess 5:21). This is more challenging than just holding to out-dated traditions. We embrace the Holy Spirit’s leading as we go forward in faith as the church, the body of Christ.
Church refers to the people who have committed themselves to follow Christ. Our local church is the gathering of those who have committed themselves to be a witness to Jesus in Welland. As a church we work this out in exciting Sunday worship times and many encouraging ministries for adults, youth and children through the week.
